History
Built in 1915. The structure is a two story, 8250 square foot, multifamily apartment building.
The 1918 city directory indicates that Mr. and Mrs. Henry Curtis, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. King, and G. B. Parker all resided at this address. From 1924 throught 1930, the city directory lists many residents at this address including Leon Poore, passenger agent employed by the Pennsylvania RailRoad, and his wife, Helen M. Poore. Also Charles E. Keller, a deputy State Fire Marshal.
