Notes: This church was built by a Polish immigrants who established a parish in 1892. The building has an Eastern European flavor, featuring twin towers that were originally topped by traditional onion domes, later replaced by the current egg-shaped domes. The church features an ornate barrel-vault ceiling.

The interior was renovated by Haarstick Lundgren and Associates in 1956.

The church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
