An early example of Healy’s work, this 2 ½ story woodframe Queen Anne style house has complex massing, an intersecting gable roof, and a two story rounded corner bay at the southeastern corner of the house.

Original brackets remain at the gable ends. On the southern façade is a two-story bow window with a conical roof.

The original fish scale shingles and clapboard are visible under the current asbestos siding. The porch has been altered. At the back of the lot is a one story hipped roof garage built around 1920 which contributes to the district.

The building permit lists Healy as the original owner and the estimated cost of construction as $3,500. [1]

This was written in 1999. The asbestos siding is no longer on the house.
