This is an old brownstone apartment building that was on the Grand Avenue street car line. The building takes up a majority of the lot with minimal space for parking behind it. There are 24 apartments, some studios and some 1 bedrooms. The lower level of the building was originally apartments then converted to office space in the 60s. Up till 1979 there was an insurance company in the lower level. Now it is occupied by Skally's Tax Service.

Behrens grocery was located at this address and that the residents of the apartment building located at this address were Fred Brown, a clerk employed by Northern States Power Company, and his wife, Mabel H. Daniels, an insurance agent, and his wife, Nora Daniels (Apartment #107,) Mrs. Ida Ellison, the widow of Sherman J. Ellison and an employee of a circulating library, and Clarence R. Hidy (Apartment #201,) La Mae F. Hackett (Apartment #202,) John E. Manning (Apartment #203,) Allen P. McCullough (Apartment #204,) Mrs. Grace M. Stewart (Apartment #205,) Mrs. Helen M.
