Hamline Midway Saint Paul Ramsey

The original owner of this house, which was built for $2,300, was Orrin J. Wenzel, an instructor at Hamline University, who lived at 1735 Hewitt Avenue. A basically intact bungalow featuring Colonial Revival detailing.
