Labor Unions have played an important role in St. Paul's history and development. The Saint Paul Labor History Tour is a tour of historical places associated with the labor movement in St. Paul. This tour is based on the research and text created by Workday Minnesota, a partnership between the Labor Education Service, at the University of Minnesota, and and the Minnesota AFL-CIO.



Saint Paul's Gangster History Tour
Police Chief John O'Connor agreed not to prosecute the gangsters as long as they didn't commit crimes within the city. It was a win-win situation, until it all started to fall apart.
